Monte Vista Community 2025 Pavement Project Public Notice

The Montevista Board of Directors is proceeding with ongoing pavement maintenance for 2025. Frank Civil Consulting will be managing and overseeing Morgan Pavement for the project. The work related to this notification includes isolated pavement repairs, crack sealing and seal coating throughout the community (see map for specific work locations and dates of impact). Please read closely as there will be restricted vehicular traffic in the work area during the day that each section is completed and closed. Please read the closure map and plan accordingly.

The attached maps have been completed which breaks the work & locations down into separate colors. Should your scheduled closure date be cancelled due to inclement weather or unforeseeable circumstances, your date will be announced, and an update will be provided. 

If you are within the impacted project limits, no vehicular access to driveways will be allowed from approximately 7am until 7am (24-hours) for seal coating (or until the barricades are removed). On the day that you are affected, you will need to park at the closest adjacent area on the street outside of your designated section. We ask residents to park on the same side of the street whenever possible when parking outside of your section. We kindly ask that you prohibit any parking on the street from either guests or vendors during this entire process to minimize impact on residents and the crews. Please be patient with the crews as they are just there to enhance the Community. If you experience any property damage due to the work, please notify the Community Manage as soon as possible so the contractor can access it.

What we need from you on the days of your impacted location:

• Be prepared for no vehicular access for a 24-hour period when your section is scheduled, Walking access to homes only. Parking outside of the closure limits will be required if you need your vehicle.
• Please let the Community Manager know of any special circumstances regarding mobility or access to and from your home during the closures. We will do everything we can to help you if possible.
• We will do our best to work with the waste/recycle pickup during the project but cannot confirm everyone will receive service every day as scheduled.
• No landscape/deliveries or routine maintenance service. Keep private landscape irrigation off during your phase.
